Main characteristics:

 

The production line is specially designed for APET,PETG single layer or multiple layer plate common extruding

 

equipment and plate shaping equipment. It adopts PET special extruder. If machine cylinder screw stem are

 

exchanged, it can be used in producing PS, PP and other plastics sheet. The production line adopts full-computer

 

control system whose elements are imported to make the stability of the whole machine be improved greatly. It can

 

carry out machine-man dialogue and make the monitoring function complete. Three-roll calendar of production line

 

can adopt straight-line type, skew-line type, banked type and so on. The specifications of the products: Width:500-

 

1200mm; thickness : 0.14—2.0mm ; Max, production capacity:500kg/h.

 

Usage of Product:

 

   PET sheet (APET PETG CPET) has characteristics , such as excellent working quality, transparency,separating

 

nonpoisonous, tasteless, nonpollution, easy recovery and others. Particularly in food package, it is the most ideal

 

material which takes the place of PVC.

 

Vacuum-shaping usage: food package, toy box, stationery box, gift box, hand tools package, hardware package

 

and so on.

 

Separating usage: electric element package

 

Normal usage: folded shaping, collar lining, decoration material, file, documents cover, credit card
